Business Development / Sales Prospector Opportunity

 

Trustco is a leading value added reseller servicing SME businesses across the UK by providing them with dynamic, dedicated account management.

 

Due to continued business growth we are currently looking for a Prospector to join our sales team to help drive new business revenue.

 

Working directly with the sales and marketing team, you will report to the Sales Director. Your main role will be to contact businesses off the back of targeted marketing campaigns to book web meetings, webinars or onsite appointments for the sales team. In addition you will be selling the concept of Trustco and our overall portfolio.

What you will be doing:

  • Booking qualified appointments for experienced Sales Executives.
  • Delivering a consistent number of appointments (5 required per month).
  • Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance.

Skills you’ll need to excel as Business Development / Sales Prospector:

  • Experience in telesales / tele-prospecting, (B2B preferred, previous IT reseller experience an advantage but not essential).
  • A healthy work ethic, the ability to make a large number of outbound calls.
  • A good team player with desire and drive to progress through the organisation.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Self-motivation, confidence and enthusiasm.
