Trustco offers a range of Installation services to help you ensure that you meet your project deadlines on time, within budget and with the minimum of fuss:

Configuration Our product specialists will work with you to identify the best configuration for your particular circumstances and will then set up the equipment as needed. Configuration can take place prior to shipping, on-site during installation or by a remote link after installation. For on-site and remote configuration, our engineer will work with you in testing and monitoring until you are satisfied that the system is working properly.

Physical Install
Our engineers will install the equipment in your server room in accordance with your requirements. We pride ourselves on neat, clean, professional work and will ensure that all cables are left neat and packaging materials tidied up afterwards. If requested, we will take packing materials away.

Our engineers will also take trouble to ensure that they follow the conventions and procedures laid down for your environment. This includes everything from wiring colour codes to Health and Safety regulations.

Network Access Management
Where we are supplying routers or similar equipment for connection to a telco network link, we can manage the whole process for you - taking away the headache of trying to synchronone the telco and the equipment install dates.

Project Management
For larger installations, we will liaise with all parties involved and manage the project for you to ensure that we can deliver to you a fully operational system on time and within budget.
